Summary: We were a group of two grandparents, two parents and a 2 1/2 year old. The house was charming and light filled. The neighborhood very walkable with park nearby for children. The Hot Chocolatier, several blocks further is worth visiting. An easy drive to many attractions and restaurants. We would consider staying there again.
